Indulge in the rich, earthy flavours of mushrooms straight from Italy’s autumn forests with Cantina’s limited-time seasonal menu, Funghi Collection. Chef Matteo Caripoli draws inspiration from traditional Italian recipes and family favourites from his hometown of Verona to create five new dishes using both Italian and local mushrooms.

The term “Funghi” is the Italian collective word for mushrooms, a traditional seasonal ingredient in Italian cuisine that symbolises their deep connection and appreciation of nature.  Each dish on this seasonal menu enhances the sumptuous flavours and textures of the produce. Five dishes of both savoury and sweet offerings are styled for sharing and available a la carte so you can either integrate them within your prix fixe meal or create your very own mushroom tasting experience of all five.
