Like heartwarming celebrations at home, we invite guests into Cantina’s cosy trattoria for a 5-course Festive Dinner of Italian-style holiday favourites ($788 per guest | 18th December to 3rd January). Enjoy classics such as Mezze Maniche with Octopus, Lobster Bisque and Cherry Tomato Bottarga, Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Braised Lentils, and Panforte with Coffee Ice Cream.

New Year's Eve Dinner

Welcome the new year with the warmth of comforting Italian fare at Cantina’s New Year’s Eve Dinner, available in two seatings at 5:30pm (HK$588 per guest) and 9pm (HK$888 per guest) with access to The Dispensary’s New Year’s Eve Party.

Highlights include the Lobster and Cuttlefish Risotto with Paprika and Caviar, M5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Pan Seared Foie Gras, Truffle Veal Jus and Broccoli, and Olive Oil Almond Cake with Grapefruit and Vanilla Ice Cream as dessert.
